Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-time Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service standards and meet customer needs.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cold and hot drinks, milkshakes, and frozen custard.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Availability: Full-time availability required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant is preferred.
  • Certifications: Food handling certificate is preferred.
  • Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is required.
  • Social Skills: Excellent social skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Language: Basic English language skills are required.
