Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Apex Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our residential cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and recommendations for additional services.
  • Assist cleaners with their duties and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
