Head of Project Management and Engineering Excellence

Our client, a firm focused on delivering innovative solutions across the mining, industrial, forestry, and municipal sectors, is committed to executing projects with dedication, resilience, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively oversee production operations
- Provide expert technical support to the team
- Facilitate the professional development of team members through training initiatives
- Manage project coordination and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Maintain financial oversight of projects
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of leadership experience
- Proven experience in team management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
The Head of Project Management and Engineering Excellence will report directly to the Vice-President of Operations and will be instrumental in driving the achievement of corporate goals. This role includes 80 hours of flexible leave annually, access to an employee assistance program, and opportunities for professional advancement.
