Project Management and Engineering Center Director

Our client has a mission to deliver projects with excellence, and we are looking for a Director of the Project Management and Engineering Center of Excellence to lead our team in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the proper management of production activities;
- Meet with team members to ensure good management;
- Coordinate project deliverables to clients;
- Provide technical assistance to the team;
- Perform projects effectively;
- Develop team members through technical and personal training;
- Master the Microsoft Office suite;
- Understand financial ratios and the financial cycle of projects;
- Specialize in an industrial environment;
- Plan, organize, develop, control, and analyze tasks;
- Adapt management style to team members' personalities;
- Manage personal tasks;
- Possess a degree in management or an MBA;
- Have over 8 years of experience in management and team management;
- Experience in a mining or forestry environment;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
