Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the infection prevention and control team.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Education and Training
    • Design and deliver education programs for staff on infection prevention and control best practices.
    • Develop and implement competency-based training programs for staff.
  • Surveillance and Investigation
    • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify and mitigate infection control risks.
    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and control outbreaks.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless integration of infection prevention and control practices.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
