Job Title: Digital Channels Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Channels Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Global Transaction Banking team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the bank's overall business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital payment solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with technology partners to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a role building customer-facing digital products
  • Proven track record of influencing prioritization at the intersection of business needs and technology
  • Experience managing a technology product or digital journey end-to-end, from inception to delivery
  • Strong understanding of digital payments and transaction banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
