Job Title: Digital Channels Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Channels Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Global Transaction Banking team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital payment solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a digital product management role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with digital payment solutions and technologies, such as APIs, mobile payments, and online banking
