We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Channels Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Global Transaction Banking team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Scotiabank's overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital payment solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with technology partners to ensure seamless integration of digital payment capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve in digital payments.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to internal stakeholders on digital payment trends and best practices.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a digital product management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with digital payment technologies, including APIs, mobile payments, and online banking platforms.
