Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing troubleshooting and repair services on company equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute troubleshooting and repair services on company equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on company equipment
  • Follow systematic workflow using company software
  • Interact with customers in a professional and clear manner
  • Provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions as required
  • Oversee and assist other Field Engineers as directed
Requirements
  • Educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 1 year experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery
  • Experience with Fiber Laser Systems/CNC Hydraulic press brakes is an asset
  • Troubleshooting and programming of PLCs
  • Siemens controllers user skills
  • CAD/CAD software user skills
  • Valid Driver's License Full G category
  • Ability to travel nationally
