Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at 3 S JVT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-performing teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with a large workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role.
