Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 3 S JVT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring alignment with our company vision and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring that team members are equipped to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office and other business software.
