Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, B.C. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a combination of days, evenings, and night shifts in the core departments.

About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will work in a supportive team environment and perform a variety of duties within the assigned discipline department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine and complex tests using manual procedures and automated instruments
• Entering data into the Lab Information System (LIS) and related systems
• Validating and reporting test results
• Maintaining instruments, preparing solutions, and control agents
• Contributing to training, evaluation, and improvement programs
