The Microsoft Solutions Specialist is the subject matter expert for SHI's Microsoft customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, as well as the ability to recommend appropriate solutions for Microsoft products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer needs and requirements and recommend solutions for Microsoft products.
- Manage ongoing customer engagement on upcoming Microsoft milestones, including renewal agreements and yearly true-ups.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of core Microsoft products, licensing strategies, and operational aspects of Microsoft Enterprise Enrollments.
- Continuing education on current and new product technology and Microsoft-specific offerings and programs.
- Assist in training SHI Sales teams on Microsoft products and programs.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Ability to multitask and effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities.
- Estimated annual pay range: $95,000-$205,000 CAD, including base salary and bonus.
- Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, RRSP, and flexible spending.
