We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to the branch, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Manager, Client Service in functions related to overall operations and day-to-day administration.
- Implement effective communication of all operational, administrative, and regulatory/compliance activities as required.
- Coordinate and handle all premise issues, including building maintenance and seasonal displays.
- Maintain and improve the branch filing system.
- Perform office duties as assigned, ensuring changes are implemented and communicated to staff as required.
- Support the team by actively promoting and supporting key firm/branch initiatives.
- Identify areas to reduce costs on expenditures and bring ideas to the Manager, Client Service and/or Branch Manager for improvement.
- Support an up-to-date Business Continuity Management (BCM) Plan and ensure details are communicated to and understood by all staff implementing changes as required.
- Support the branch professionals where required, including client requests.
- Be an advocate for the client experience.
- Undergraduate degree or community college diploma in business preferred.
- Completed or pursuing industry-related courses would be considered an asset.
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently to complete tasks.
- Prior administrative experience an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of service.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
