Job Title: Clinical Practice Leader, Nephrology Program

Humber River Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Leader to join our Nephrology Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing education and leadership to our nephrology staff, facilitating continuous learning and professional development, and promoting service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to promote clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with program directors and managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with professional standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • BScN required
  • Master's in Nursing or related field required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Hemodialysis
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
