Clinical Practice Leader, Nephrology Program

Humber River Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Leader to join our Nephrology Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing education and leadership to our nephrology staff, facilitating continuous learning and professional development, and promoting service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to promote clinical excellence
- Collaborate with program directors and managers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with professional standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BScN required
- Master's in Nursing or related field required
- Minimum 2 years experience in Hemodialysis
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
