Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work as a Clinical Mentor at Vancouver General Hospital. As a Clinical Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of occupational therapists in our portfolio. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in guiding and mentoring our team members to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to occupational therapists
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills
• Collaborate with the team to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
• Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
