Shift Leader

As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and driving restaurant success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members to maintain high-quality food safety and service standards.
- Assist with cash management, including setting up cash registers and verifying cash at close.
- Conduct walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to develop and communicate with team members, promoting retention and growth.
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of operations tasks, ensuring compliance with Company policies.
- Work with the Restaurant Management team to maintain quality, production, and service standards, creating a safe and efficient environment for customers and employees.
- Partner with the Restaurant Management team to optimize efficiencies and maximize profitability.
- Address guest-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
