  • Cooking and Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian and Mediterranean cuisine
    • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Inventory Management and Supply Chain
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Team Leadership and Training
