Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tomas the Cook / Specklebellys pub. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
