Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Tomas the Cook / Specklebellys pub as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
