Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve results.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, providing customers with accurate and helpful information to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving results.
