Job Description

As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Lead at Lyons Consulting Group, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in Salesforce to oversee project delivery and guide a talented team of technical experts. This position is vital for ensuring the successful execution and implementation of Salesforce initiatives within our organization.

Location: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary technical authority, offering direction and support to project team members across various locations.
  • Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to devise efficient technical solutions and methodologies.

Required Skills:

  • At least 7 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in systems design, with the ability to articulate complex system interactions, data flows, and integrations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Telecommunications sector is preferred.
  • Proven skills in APEX and LWC, including proficiency in SOQL queries, optimization, and configuration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data access and sharing protocols.
  • Knowledge of common integration patterns for legacy systems with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Git and Salesforce Deployment (SFDX).
  • Relevant certifications such as PD1 and PD2 are advantageous.
  • Experience with Omni Studio (Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures) is required.
  • Background in Communications Cloud is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Vlocity (SFI) CPQ is required.
