Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at NDJD HOLDINGS LIMITED. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service establishment.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are motivated and performing to the best of their ability.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
