Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at High Level Esso Superstation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and effectively promote them to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, hardworking, positive attitude, reliability, and a team player.
