We are seeking a highly skilled International UX Researcher to join our team at S.i. Systems.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research, with experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to answer design and business questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UX research using various methodologies, including interviews, field studies, diary studies, task analysis, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and behaviors of our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX research, with a focus on omnichannel products and services.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and tools, such as Figma.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital analytics and its application in UX research.
  • Ability to develop creative approaches to researching complex UX problems.
