Assistant Branch Supervisor

American Iron & Metal Co. operates a network of auto recycling facilities across Eastern Canada, supported by a dedicated workforce of over 400 individuals committed to the sustainable processing of end-of-life vehicles and promoting environmental stewardship.
Position Overview:
This is a permanent, full-time role with a flexible work schedule, requiring availability for one weekend every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Branch Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Leading a team and managing daily activities to guarantee outstanding customer service while achieving corporate goals.
- Overseeing operational tasks such as staff scheduling, sales performance, and production objectives.
- Handling various administrative responsibilities, including cash management, payroll processing, and employee scheduling.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity. Experience in retail or automotive sales is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
