**Join Our Team as a Warehouse Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at ProMach. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns related to inventory or shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as inventory management or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with various stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
