About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Mobile Building Manager to join our team at Homestead Land Holdings Limited. As a key member of our site staff team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our regional portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Building Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing maintenance, cleaning, and administrative support to our properties
  • Ensuring a consistent level of customer service for our residents
  • Assuming roles in maintenance, administration, and cleaning as needed
  • Working closely with our site staff team to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing support during staff vacations, sick days, and other absences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Maintenance and/or cleaning experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Adaptable and flexible with a strong work ethic
