Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative for Commercial Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the business landscape by providing a diverse array of services. Your expertise in outreach will be crucial as you engage with clients to showcase innovative interior plant design concepts, ambient scenting solutions, and striking commercial wall art.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients through various channels including in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and phone calls to schedule appointments and promote new offerings.
  • Implement best practices aimed at acquiring new commercial clientele.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking daily activities, managing proposals, and detailing the products and services available to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and operational staff to pinpoint revenue opportunities within primary market segments.
  • Deliver exceptional service by coordinating with essential team members to communicate all pertinent account information.
  • Participate in service installations when necessary to ensure a seamless transition of customer needs to operations.

Compensation:

Your earnings will comprise a Base Salary, a Commission Structure, a Vehicle Allowance, and a fuel card. This position represents a significant opportunity to join Rentokil Pest Control South Africa, a leader in the business services sector.

Salary Range: $55,000-65,000 CAD Annually

Qualifications:

  • A university degree is preferred.
  • Experience in selling across various market segments is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred.
  • Must successfully complete all required annual certifications.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Bring a creative and energetic mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to different environmental conditions and undertake extended driving.
  • Must pass pre-employment background checks.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
