We are a fast-growing technology company that specializes in the implementation and marketing of innovative ecommerce solutions. Our mission is to help businesses maximize their return on investment and propel their growth to new heights.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Solution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions to meet the specific needs of our ecommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges, and provide expert advice on ecommerce solutions.
  2. Technical Expertise: Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, guiding solutions and ensuring seamless communication.
  3. Solution Design: Lead the discovery process for ecommerce businesses, including presenting solutions, developing mockups for proofs of concept (POCs), and facilitating various workshop formats.
  4. Ecommerce Ecosystems: Design complete ecommerce ecosystems, considering both front-end and back-end requirements.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sales, product, and development teams, to ensure smooth design and implementation of solutions.
  6. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documents (architecture diagrams, data flows, integration plans, etc.) to ensure clarity of proposed solutions.
Requirements
  1. Ecommerce Experience: Experience with systems in the ecommerce field and omnichannel strategies.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey strategies, analyses, and recommendations to clients and team members.
  3. Ecommerce Platforms: Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and their ecosystems.
  4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with research tools, IPAAS, CMS, email marketing, SEO, analytics, and payment providers.
  5. Enterprise Systems: Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, or other enterprise systems.
  6. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken French and English.
Requirements for the Role
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Solution Engineer, Developer, or similar role.
  2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, and PaaS technologies.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
  4. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions simultaneously, with strong time and priority management skills.
