Role Overview

As an Ecommerce Site Search Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our online shoppers. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our site search functionality to ensure it delivers exceptional results and drives customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand user needs and industry best practices in ecommerce site search.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our site search functionality, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and improvements to the site search experience.
  • Analyze user behavior and data to identify areas for optimization and continuously improve the performance of site search.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce site search and incorporate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a passion for ecommerce and a deep understanding of user experience.

  • Proven track record of success in managing and delivering ecommerce site search products.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French (Canadian).
