As a member of our Programme and Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering some of the most remarkable projects imaginable, working alongside top-tier talent. Your enthusiasm, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail will enable you to achieve transformative results for various clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and assess proposals and change orders.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, including due diligence, conceptual design, and detailed design phases.
- Provide technical guidance, design evaluations, and detailed planning on multiple concurrent land development projects, focusing on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan initiatives.
- Lead and/or independently prepare Functional Servicing reports to support prospective land development endeavors.
- Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
- Supervise and mentor project engineers and technologists.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of client requirements.
- Conduct business development activities with both new and existing clients to pursue new projects and promote cross-selling of additional services, including preparing fee proposals.
- Manage project oversight, including financial control and management of project budgets.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Land Development projects within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Direct involvement with the design and approval processes for projects across various municipalities.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies applicable to land development.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
