Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Meerab Freightlines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck drivers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare and Review reports on driver performance, safety records, and operational efficiency.
  • Train and Develop drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate Logistics with other departments, including dispatch, maintenance, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 to Less Than 7 Months of Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Organized and Methodical Approach
  • Team Player with a Positive Attitude
