Job Title: Trucking Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Trucking Operations Manager to join our team at Inter-citi Logistics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
