Join Our Team as a Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team at CWB Financial Group. As a key member of our Personal Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert financial advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide guidance to clients on investment opportunities, lending strategies, and other financial matters.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and to support the growth and development of our team.
Requirements:
  • Canadian banking background and sales experience.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and lending or banking systems.
