About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Prestige Banking team at CWB Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial guidance and advice, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and goals
  • Provide expert financial guidance and advice to clients, including investment and lending strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase their financial success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform client advice and business decisions
Requirements
  • Canadian banking background and sales experience
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and lending or banking systems
