About Marble Slab Creamery Leduc

We are a dynamic and customer-focused retail store seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our sales floor team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and lead a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Monitor and maintain store equipment and fixtures.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to sales floor staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales performance and customer service.
  • Support for Diverse Groups
    • Participate in programs that support the employment of persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for diverse groups.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales floor environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
