The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This role requires a strong focus on quality control and staff management to ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Recruit and hire food service personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost analyses
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and submit detailed reports as required
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
