Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards. You will also be responsible for supervising and training our culinary team, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train culinary team members to ensure they are meeting our high standards of food preparation and service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to our high standards, meeting our quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
