About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skyway Brands YVR Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to supervise staff
