Job Title: Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the Role:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for customers and employees, while providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security and back-of-house operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, while acting as a Tiffany ambassador and carrying out store operations to support sales plan.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a retail/security environment.
  • 1 year prior experience in a security-related position with an emphasis on customer service.
