  • Shrink Management: Assist in operational strategies aimed at minimizing shrink and waste by scrutinizing financial data.

  • Audits and Investigations: Execute quarterly evaluations in corporate locations and address integrity matters with professionalism and promptness.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies and procedures through regular inspections of stores.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training to all loss prevention associates and foster positive relationships across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in loss prevention or asset protection roles.
  • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Post-secondary education in Law & Security or a related field.
  • Exemplary professional judgment and integrity.
  • Ability to garner support for innovative initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
