Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Clerk to provide administrative support to our Development, Projects, and Right-of-Way Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and secretarial support to all staff within the division, including reception, telephone inquiries, typing reports and correspondence, minute taking, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Development, Projects, and Right-of-Way Division, including reception, telephone inquiries, and data entry.
  • Prepare and type various reports and correspondence, including meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other computerized systems.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the division's file system, including active and completed/archived records.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to off-site locations as required.
  • Minimum 50 wpm typing speed.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work with minimal direction.
