Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort’s facilities, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Stock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Disinfect and clean kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
