Job Title: Logistics Manager

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage finances and budgets to ensure that all expenses are accounted for and that the department is running within budget.
  • Ensure that all shipments are processed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
