Job Title: Building Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at WM Fares Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment/condominium complex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of building operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed within budget.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
