Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Atlantic George Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
- Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
- Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform physical labor.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects.
- Physical stamina to perform physical labor.
