Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical documentation for maintenance;
- Adhere to established maintenance protocols and schedules;
- Continuously refine preventive maintenance strategies;
- Conduct minor repairs, upkeep, and modifications of conveyor systems;
- Install machinery and verify its operational efficiency;
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues;
- Examine, diagnose, repair, or replace mechanical and pneumatic parts;
- Identify mechanical issues within conveyor systems;
- Engage in enhancement, reorganization, integration, and installation initiatives;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all operational levels;
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electro-Mechanics;
- At least 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment;
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams;
- Knowledge of mechanical safety protocols and standards;
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Detail-oriented and thorough;
- Fluent in both French and English;
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively;
- Physically fit for the tasks required;
- Flexible in adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
