Position Overview:
The Evening Operations Supervisor is tasked with ensuring the seamless delivery of premium insurance brokerage services to our clientele.

This role acts as a vital liaison for clients, nurturing relationships and guaranteeing satisfaction, while also bolstering the sales and marketing initiatives of Cavell Risk, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships between markets and clients, ensuring all submissions are thorough, precise, and presented with professionalism.
2. Ensure timely fulfillment of all data requests from clients and markets.
3. Prepare quotes and proposals, handling policies with elevated limits, multiple exposures, and tailored solutions with minimal oversight.
4. Support the growth and development of the Associate, Client Experience.
5. Oversee billing processes and payment collections to meet deadlines.
6. Engage in additional training for sales, negotiation, or prospecting skills to enhance job performance.
7. Stay informed on regulatory affairs, competitive market dynamics, and legal frameworks to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
8. Meet or exceed ongoing educational requirements and maintain all necessary licenses in good standing for business transactions.
9. Effectively mitigate or manage potential risks to safeguard the company from adverse impacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Strong conflict resolution and management skills.
