About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Tzaad Construction Ltd. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work to ensure the site is well-maintained.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working in a variety of locations, including construction sites.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and team player qualities.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
